Assumes unchanged recurring amounts, no missed months and no introductory discount. First payment assumes monthly billing; it is not valid for prepaid medication bundles.

For a prepaid bundle, ask the provider for the actual amount due today. Do not enter the full bundle as a one-time charge while also counting its medication cost every month.

What this worksheet can tell you

The recurring figure adds care, medication and other monthly charges. The period estimate multiplies that amount by your selected months and adds one-time fees. The first-payment estimate adds one month to those one-time fees.

What it cannot establish
